MCS Magnetic Water Conditioners Applications

The Model 512 Magnetic Water Conditioner (For 1/2" to 2" Tubing or Pipe - Homes/Businesses) This product is for residential and small business applications.

Stabilization Period - For a few weeks after installing any of the above products, you may notice an increase in water turbidity (cloudiness). This is because scale is being removed from the system. During this stabilization period, carefully monitor filters, tanks and sumps each week. Drain or clean them as needed.

MCS Magnetic Water Conditioners - Installation

The MCS Magnetic Water Conditioners are designed for the treatment of scale and corrosion in residential, commercial and light industrial applications or wherever difficult hard water problems exist. The MCS System controls the negative effects of hard water on plumbing systems and appliances.

The MCS Water Conditioners clamp on the outside of existing water pipes, you will not need to modify your plumbing, but if the MCS magnets stick to the tubing or pipe, they won't work. The accepted method of treatment in this case is to remove and replace a 18" to 24" section with either copper, plastic, PVC, rubber, aluminum, or stainless steel tubing or pipe.

For best results, always install MCS units a minimum of 24" downstream of any pump, elbow or other turbulence causing device. Ideally, magnetic treatment requires a laminar (smooth) flow of the fluid through the magnetic field for maximum effectiveness. In addition, the interaction between the energy of the turbulence and the treated fluid may cause a partial reversal of the treatment.

No tools are required. Just place the magnetic units over the pipe and install the two nylon bolts and wing nuts provided... that's it.

For a typical home, you would place two of the Model#512 units approximately one inch apart on the pipe coming into your home (somewhere between the meter and where the pipe enters the house) and one or two on the pipe coming out of the water heater.

MCS Magna Clean Systems warrants to the original purchaser only, that each Magna Clean Systems unit shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the LIFETIME product. Should any such defect arise, the product will be replaced or repaired without charge by Magna Clean Systems promptly upon the return of the defective product to Magna Clean Systems.

The warranty obligations of Magna Clean Systems and the original purchaser's sole remedy shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the product only. Magna Clean Systems shall not be liable or responsible under any circumstances or in any amount of consequential or incidental damages or for injury or damages to persons or property using or used in connection with the product, or for loss of profits or other costs or expenses of any kind or character.

This warranty applies only during normal use and care and is absolutely void if the product is misused, neglected, damaged, altered, or repaired by someone other that Magna Clean Systems.

There are no warranties or representations by Magna Clean Systems other than as set forth above, either expressed or implied and no person, firm, or corporation is authorized to make any representation or incur any obligation in the name of or on behalf of Magna Clean Systems except as stated above.
