Limited Warranty Statement

Magna Clean Systems warrants to the original purchaser only, that each Magna Clean Systems unit shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the LIFETIME product. Should any such defect arise, the product will be replaced or repaired without charge by Magna Clean Systems promptly upon the return of the defective product to Magna Clean Systems.

The warranty obligations of Magna Clean Systems and the original purchaser's sole remedy shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the product only. Magna Clean Systems shall not be liable or responsible under any circumstances or in any amount of consequential or incidental damages or for injury or damages to persons or property using or used in connection with the product, or for loss of profits or other costs or expenses of any kind or character.

This warranty applies only during normal use and care and is absolutely void if the product is misused, neglected, damaged, altered, or repaired by someone other that Magna Clean Systems.

There are no warranties or representations by Magna Clean Systems other than as set forth above, either expressed or implied and no person, firm, or corporation is authorized to make any representation or incur any obligation in the name of or on behalf of Magna Clean Systems except as stated above. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the user.
